WARRANTY: Rialto mirrors come with a one year limited warranty. TonJon and Baci mirrors come with a Manufacturer's Warranty which will be included with your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Rialto mirrors are normally shipped within 2 to 4 business days and are delivered within 3 to 7 days after that. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery on TonJon and Baci mirrors. Special finishes are made to order - please allow 6 to 10 weeks for delivery. Special finish items as well as TonJon 7X and 3X optically ground are non-returnable and orders are non-cancelable.

Claims for shortages or incorrect shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt. All claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made directly with the carrier.

Shipping for International Orders: Due to the increase in shipping charges we have had to change our policy on international orders. After we receive your order, we will calculate the cost based on weight and destination. We will then send you an email notifying you of the total Shipping/Handling charges. The charges on your automatic confirmation email are not the final charges. (Please make sure we have a valid email address for contacting you.) After we receive a reply from you accepting these charges, we will process your order. If we do not hear from you within one week, your order will automatically be cancelled.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY on TonJon and Baci Standard Finishes: Call within 5 days of receipt for an RA#. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA#. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee when returned in new condition in original box. No refunds on damaged goods. Refunds exclude shipping. CUSTOM ORDERS are NON-returnable and NON-refundable.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY on all other brands: For returns or exchanges, please call us for an RA# within 30 days of the date your order is processed. We must receive your returned item within 2 weeks after the RA# is issued. Merchandise returned without an RA# will be refused (or a restocking fee charged solely at our discretion). All returned merchandise must be in original factory new condition and must include all original packaging materials in order to receive a refund or credit. Do not write on or use tape on factory packaging. Items in blister packs cannot be returned once opened. PACK CAREFULLY TO PREVENT DAMAGE. Send your returns PREPAID UPS Ground or Insured Mail with your RA# on the outside of the box. We cannot accept COD shipments. No refunds will be given after 30 days. NO RETURNS will be accepted on discontinued merchandise. Refunds exclude shipping. If an item is returned that had free shipping, the original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted if it exceeded the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. If you receive a free or discounted item with purchase of another item, and you do not send back that item with your return, the regular price of the item will be deducted from any refund.

QUANTITY ORDERS: Quantity purchases of 3 or more of any item are not returnable. We recommend that you order one as a sample first before making a large purchase to make sure it meets your specifications.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel an order that has already been processed, we will do everything we can to honor your request. If we are able to stop the shipment, a cancellation fee of $5 or 5% of your order (whichever is higher) to cover our processing costs, will be deducted from your refund. If your order has already been shipped, just refuse delivery. Upon receipt of the unopened package we will issue a refund less original shipping/handling charges, return freight charges and cancellation fees. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted if it exceeded the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. Custom orders are not cancelable.
